When you purchase a Life Inventory Audit, we collect your name, email address, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number), and your questionnaire responses.
Your questionnaire responses are used solely to produce your Life Inventory Audit document. Your email address is used to deliver the completed audit. We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than delivering the service you purchased.
Your questionnaire responses are read only by the person writing your audit. They are not shared with third parties, published, used as examples, or stored beyond what is needed to complete your audit.
We use third-party services for payment processing, form delivery, email, and hosting. We do not sell or share your personal data with any other parties.
Questionnaire responses are deleted after your audit has been delivered. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@lifeinventoryaudit.com. We will comply promptly.
